About the Role
We're looking for an Agency Growth & Partnerships Intern to help us build and scale our agency partner motion.
As AI search creates a new category of marketing services, agencies are looking for ways to help clients understand and improve their visibility across AI-generated answers. We believe agencies will play a key role in helping businesses adapt to this shift.
You'll work directly with the founders to identify agency opportunities, build relationships, support partnership conversations, and help shape how NeuraCite works with agencies.
This is a high-impact role for someone interested in business development, partnerships, sales, startups, and the future of AI-driven discovery.
What You’ll Do
Research and identify SEO, digital marketing, content, ecommerce, PR, and growth agencies that could benefit from AI visibility services.
Build and manage agency prospect lists using LinkedIn, industry directories, events, and outbound research.
Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels to secure partnership conversations and product demonstrations.
Develop a deep understanding of how agencies package services, retain clients, and adopt new technologies.
Help agencies understand how AI search is changing customer discovery and how NeuraCite can support their clients.
Support partnership discussions, onboarding, and relationship management activities.
Gather agency feedback and communicate insights back to the product and go-to-market teams.
Research trends across AI search, GEO, SEO, digital marketing, and agency ecosystems.
Contribute ideas to improve our agency growth strategy, partnership model, and routes to market.
Represent NeuraCite professionally across conversations, events, communities, and networking opportunities.

You enjoy building relationships and creating opportunities.
You're comfortable speaking with new people, curious about how businesses operate, and excited by the challenge of helping build an emerging category from the ground up.
You don't wait for instructions. You identify opportunities, take ownership, and enjoy working in fast-moving startup environments.
You are interested in AI, technology, startups, business development, or digital marketing and want hands-on experience helping grow an early-stage company.
