About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Support Engineer Intern to work directly with our founders and help deliver an exceptional experience to our customers.
You will play an important role in supporting onboarding, troubleshooting technical issues, testing product features, and helping customers get value from NeuraCite.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in startups, SaaS, customer success, and AI technologies.
What You'll Do
Support customer onboarding and setup
Assist customers with platform usage and troubleshooting
Investigate and reproduce customer-reported issues
Perform product testing and quality assurance
Help document support processes and knowledge bases
Work closely with the product and engineering teams to communicate customer feedback
Track and prioritize support requests
Help improve the customer experience through feedback and insights
What We're Looking For
Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
Bonus Points
Experience with web applications or SaaS products
Familiarity with APIs, databases, or debugging tools
Interest in AI, search technologies, or digital marketing
Previous customer-facing or technical support experience
